Description of house - Strubenkop Village is a hidden gem of a Residential Estate, found in the beautiful boomed off suburb of Lynnwood in Pretoria. The small Estate has approximately 200 residential houses, a lovely park and dog walkers, walkers, runners and cycles all enjoy the route around the Estate.
The guardhouse at the entrance provides extra security and peace of mind to all residents and it is a wonderfully quiet and tranquil environment in which to live. It is also very central to all areas of Pretoria and is easily accessible from main arterial routes and highways. Vibrant suburbs of Menlyn and Hazelwood are just 3kms away. Here great restaurants and entertainment can be found. Also nearby is the Pretoria Botanical Gardens, just 5ams away.
The house offers all potential guests, a guest room, with full bathroom (shower and bath), sufficient cupboard space and dressing table or working counter. The upstairs bedroom is also available for another couple or perhaps a family needing a room for their children. The downstairs bathroom would then be shared with the bottom guest room. The kitchen, dining and patio areas are all shared space with the owner. There is however an additional lounge area, that can be used privately.
The owner, Marion, has previously been in the guesthouse, hospitality industry and every effort will be made to see that you feel welcome and comfortable in her home. No home is.a home really without dogs, and Charlie and Gina will be wagging their tails in anticipation of your coming to stay. (Unfortunately no other pets allowed)
